We raise our own beef on organic pasture — a few hundred acres of western Wisconsin land that our family has been farming since the early 1970s.

We steward this small herd primarily for our own food supply, and also as a source of rich manure that fertilizes our organic gardens and fields.

Each year, we sell just a few of our low-line Angus beef.

We enjoy sharing this bounty with people we know, and with others who care about the same things we do: health, sustainability, the humane treatment of animals.
