Fifteen pounds of dry-aged, pastured ground beef from our organic family farm. Terrific flavor and texture (about 85% lean, which is the mix most pro chefs prefer). This amount tucks nicely into most regular home freezer compartments.

This is the best price ($9.25 lb.) we’ve seen for single-source, grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, and we’ve heard from lots of folks that ours is better than any of the random-ranch-sourced stuff they have tried.
