You get a mix of burger (30 lbs.), assorted steaks (approx. 12 lbs.) and two roasts (approx. 8 lbs.).

A great way to make sure you have healthy, high-quality, dry-aged pastured beef on hand for every occasion! Individual item weights approximate. We adjust the mix to make sure you get a solid 25 lbs. of our very best goodies.

WANT TO UPGRADE? Additional goodies like brisket, ribs, ox tail, tongue, liver, suet, soup bones, and summer sausage may be available for an additional per-lb. charge. Add a note at checkout and we’ll call you to get your upgraded order.

NOTE: Depending on supply, we may have 1 lb. and/or 1.5 lb. packages of burger available. Please feel free to specify if you have a preference.
