We have pastured, dry-aged beef in stock — now available in in 25 lb., 50 lb. and 100 lb. mix-packs.

Due to the recent run on beef caused by COVID-19 disruptions to the U.S. meat supply, demand for our farm-raised beef has been high. For a while there, we were low on supply. Happily, we just got new stuff in! Visit our store to stock up before it is all gone.

 

HOw to get your beef

We also sell only a few of our beef each year, so our local friends and neighbors get first dibs! However, we can get beef almost anywhere in the Twin Cities metro area and Western Wisconsin pretty easily. We are currently not shipping (except by special arrangement) because it is environmentally problematic and cost inefficient. We have a $100 minimum order (does not apply to gift cards).

Pick up

Place your order online and one we have it packed, we’ll contact you to set up your pickup — either at the farm (we are located about an hour east of Minneapolis) or another pre-arranged location.

 

delivery

Have your beef delivered for a small fee (depending on location and timing). You’ll pay for your beef in advance or at time of delivery. Scheduled restaurant deliveries also available. Cash and major credit cards accepted.
